Acceptance of the conditions
By accessing and using this website, and by starting any process to reserve or acquire a kitten from RagSweet Kitten Cattery, the user agrees to be bound by these conditions. RagSweet Kitten Cattery is a small family-run cattery of Ragdoll cats located in Málaga (Spain), a registered member of ASFE (Spanish Feline Association), which belongs to FIFe (Fédération Internationale Féline), with cattery prefix no. 2444 and Zoological Registry Number og4MAO1120.
Use of the website
This website is for informational purposes. Its aim is to present our cattery, our breeding cats, available litters and our participation in cat shows, as well as to allow contact with prospective owners and breeders. All content (texts, photographs and logos) is the property of RagSweet Kitten Cattery and may not be reproduced without express authorisation.
Reserving a kitten
Breeding at RagSweet Kitten Cattery is family-based and occasional. A kitten is always reserved through direct contact (telephone or email) and is subject to the availability of each litter. Before confirming any reservation, we inform the prospective owner of the delivery conditions and answer all their questions.
Quality categories
Our kittens are classified, according to their characteristics, as:
- Pet quality: kittens that do not meet the morphological characteristics for shows or breeding (usually minor coat-marking imperfections). Always delivered neutered/spayed.
- Pet / Show quality: kittens that meet the conditions to attend a show, but are delivered neutered/spayed.
- Show / Breeding quality: kittens that meet all the conditions for shows and are suitable for breeding. In these cases, placement is considered only for registered breeders.
Delivery conditions
All our kittens grow up in a family environment, surrounded by love and stimulation, with socialisation work that helps them adapt to their new families. Each kitten is delivered with:
- A full veterinary check confirming its good state of health.
- Microchip registered under the new owner's name and a European passport.
- ASFE/FIFe pedigree.
- Complete deworming up to the day of delivery.
- Neutering/spaying, in accordance with Law 7/2023 of 28 March, on the protection of the rights and welfare of animals (except Show/Breeding quality kittens).
- Up-to-date documentation of the parents' disease tests (N/N for HCM and PKD; FeLV and FIV negative).
- A Royal Canin welcome kit and toys.
- A travel carrier.
Commitments of the new owner
The new owner undertakes to provide the kitten with the care, food, veterinary attention and environment appropriate to its welfare, in accordance with Law 7/2023. Pet-quality kittens may not be used for breeding. For transfers within Spain we offer safe shipping options upon request.
Health and guarantees
We guarantee that each kitten is delivered in good health, certified by the veterinary check prior to delivery, and that its parents have negative test results for HCM, PKD, FeLV and FIV. Any health issue must be reported as soon as possible through our contact details.
Limitation of liability
RagSweet Kitten Cattery is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the information on the website, nor for the care the kitten receives after its delivery to the new owner.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that correspond according to law.
